Additionally, the bathroom lighting is poorly designed, making it difficult for proper grooming, and the absence of emergency lights in the stairwells during a power outage is concerning.

Spacious room, clean accommodations, with good access to the indoor swimming pool making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring, and complimentary wi-fi was a plus for staying connected.

The Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds was super comfy! The beds were nice and soft, and there were plenty of pillows. It felt clean and had a decent LCD TV. The lighting in the headboard was a cool touch too. I liked how spacious it was. Only downside was the bathroom could have used some better lighting. Overall, it was a solid space to relax after a long day.

I had a great experience during my stay. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my requests, making me feel truly welcomed. The king suite was spacious, clean, and offered a comfortable bed and useful amenities like a microwave and fridge. However, check-in took longer than expected due to limited staff, which could be improved.

Family friendly but not without troubles

The breakfast was hot and had a lot of selection like scrambled eggs and bacon every day. Plus the staff was super friendly, they made me feel welcomed like they actually cared about us.

The indoor pool was a hit with my kids, and we loved making waffles for breakfast—definitely a family favorite! It was great to relax while the kids splashed around in the pool and we enjoyed some quality family time. The only downside was that the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from other rooms. 🏊‍♂️

The corner room suite on the top floor was homey and clean, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a good-sized LCD TV. The staff were welcoming, especially Krista and Lisa Marie, who made my son feel special with their friendly interactions. Breakfast included sliced tropical fruits alongside other good options, while the quiet pool was a highlight during both visits. However, there was an annoying older gentleman staff member, and the breakfast remained quite standard, lacking variety over two days.
